Hey guys, thought I would give you all an update of how my research is going. This picture here is just a basic design sketch of what will be going on in the seats. The same pipes used under the ice surface will be put into the seats.
This might sound like the dumbest question posted on your blog to date and well into the future - Nevertheless, do the seats in an arena have the same temperature as the ambient air? I realize they should following all of our studies in class but do they in actuality? Perhaps the better question is what seat would fit the best with your concept?
I guess that lends itself to my primary question which is: what kind of material do you plan on using for the seats? Its probably part of your research I imagine, I just wasn't sure if you had anything in mind yet.
Thanks Otto, I'll take a look into that!! Warren, thanks for the questions. It brought a few good points I will be able to use in my research and proposal. I will look into that further and get back to you on my answers and let you know how things went. Thanks guys, appreciate it!
I am no expert on building or anything but do know that there are more and more environmentally friendly buildings going up and was curious if there was any way to incorporate a solar heating system in the seats. Or is there any way to use this heating method to heat the seats
Hey thanks!! That is super awesome. You could definitely incorporate some solar heating method into heating the seats. The pop can video is super neat to. You could save money on solar panels which would be extremely beneficial. Thanks so much for posting on my blog. Appreciate it.
